PLAIN CITY, Ohio, April 22, 2002 — 7GU389 Four Winds DEEMAND-ET, a Guernsey young sire bred by Clark and Joy Vilter, Hartland, Wis., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ SUPER SAMPLER™ program. With this designation, his semen is available to all Guernsey breeders.

DEEMAND is sired by 7GU330 Jensgolden Proking ROYAL OAK, a components and type specialist. His dam is the breed’s most successful tanbark cow in recent history, Westlynn Tom Dee. Scored Excellent (96), she is a four-time All-American, a National Grand Champion and has three records in excess of 25,000 pounds of milk and 4.5 percent fat. She has six excellent daughters that have earned All-American recognition eight times and one that was a National Grand Champion.
