PLAIN CITY, Ohio, May 31, 2002 — 7GU390 Ripley Farms Option ROCKWELL-ET, bred by Roland Ripley, Cortland, New York, has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, ROCKWELL is one of five Guernsey bulls to enter the program in 2002. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Guernsey breeders.

ROCKWELL is sired by Jensgolden Bionic OPTION. His dam, Ripley Farms Enhancer Rainbow, Very Good (89), produced 2-0 3x 365d 25,920M 4.4% 1,128F 3.1% 808P. Rainbow’s maternal sister, Ripley Farms Jasper Roma, Very Good (87), produced 2-4 3x 365d 28,640M 3.8% 1,084F 3.1% 875P. ROCKWELL’s grandam, Bridgmont Rainbows Ruby Red, Very Good (87), produced 2-1 3x 365d 24,670M 4.2% 1,024F 3.3% 823F.
