PLAIN CITY, Ohio, Oct. 22, 2002 — 7JE670 C-Bar Hallmark GERONIMO, bred by Charles Feenstra, Mesa, Ariz., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, GERONIMO is one of 35 Jersey bulls to enter the program in 2002. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Jersey breeders.

GERONIMO is a Schultz Brook HALLMARK son. His dam is SSF Barber Prisilla, who produced 20,700M 4.4% 913F 3.7% 769P and is scored Excellent (90). His grandam, SSF Sooner Pooh, produced 3-2 305d 19,650M 4.7% 925F 3.7% 730P. Pooh is scored Excellent (90) and has three lactations more than 4.7 percent fat and 3.6 percent protein.
