PLAIN CITY, Ohio, Nov. 29, 2002 — 7GU393 Coulee Crest Poker STARDUST-ET, bred by Don and Kurt Peterson, Cashton, Wis., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, STARDUST is one of five Guernsey bulls to enter the program in 2002. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Guernsey breeders.

STARDUST is a Myown Magic POKER son. STARDUST comes from three consecutive dams ranked as No. 1 on the Cow Performance Index (CPI). His dam, Coulee Crest Lorry Sarah, Very Good (87), produced 2-3 359d 28,770M 5.2% 1,485F 3.2% 907P. His grandam, Coulee Crest Enhancer Snow-ET, Very Good (88), produced 2-01 365d 21,060M 6.3% 1,319F 3.7% 784P. Stardust’s third dam, Forhar Magic Show, Very Good (88), produced more than 27,000 pounds of milk and 5.0 percent fat.
