Richard Lomen, Waukon, Iowa; 7HO7510 Mr Regancest DIAZ-ET*TV, bred by Regancrest Command Performance Syndicate, Waukon, Iowa; 7HO7512 Regancrest DUPRE-ET*TV bred by Regancrest Fam, Waukon, Iowa, 7HO7543 Regancrest-HHF SONNIE-ET*TV bred by Regancrest Farm and Hovden Holstein Farm, Waukon, Iowa; and 7HO7603 Regancrest -UR DANI-ET*TV bred by Regancrest Farm and Uwe Riebensahm, Waukon, Iowa have been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on their outstanding pedigree LEE, DIAZ, DUPRE, SONNIE and DANI are five of 300 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2003. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, these young sires have been identified as SUPER SAMPLERs™. With this designation, their semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

LEE is sired by 7HO6352 Four-Of-A-Kind ELAND-ET and out of Kerndtway Jolt Daisy-ET, Excellent (94-EX-MS). Daisy, the first place four year old and Reserve Grand Champion at the 2001 Mid-Western Spring National, produced 3-07 365d 33,980M 3.7% 1,256F 3.2% 1,084P. LEE’s grandam is Krendtway Bstar Dime-ET. She is scored Excellent (90) and is a Gold Medal Dam (GMD) and Dam of Merit (DOM). She produced lifetime 1,796d 167,130M 4.2% 6,978F 2.9P 4,917P and placed second in Iowa for lifetime fat production.

DIAZ also is sired by ELAND. DIAZ’s dam is Regancrest BR Princes Di-ET, scored Very Good (87) with an excellent mammary system. Di produced 2-05 233d 19,581M 3.9% 764F 3.1% 606P. DIAZ’s grandam is Regancrest Wade Debra-ET, Very Good (85). She produced 2-6 287d 26,780 4.1% 1,102F 3.0% 796P.

DUPRE, another ELAND son, is out of Regancrest Encore Darel-ET. Darel is scored Excellent (90) with an excellent mammary system. She produced 2-4 365d 36,660 3.1% 1,153F 3.1% 1152P. DUPRE’s grandam is the well-known Snow-N Denises Dellia, Excellent (95-2E-GMD-DOM). Dellia produced has a lifetime production record of 2,558d 180,240M 3.9% 7,108F 3.2% 5,723P.

SONNIE is sired by Donnandale SKYCHIEF-ET. SONNIE’s dam is Regancrest Rudolph Dena-ET. She is scored Very Good (89) with an excellent mammary system and produced 2-3 365d 33,070M 3.7% 1,234F 3.2% 1,065P. SONNIE’s grandam also is Dellia.

DANI, sired by ELAND, is out of Regancrest-ER Drhm Miss-ET, a Very Good (87) 7HO5157 Regancrest Elton DURHAM-ET daughter with an excellent mammary system. Miss produced 2-3 286d 21,898M 3.3% 717F 3.2% 702P INC. DANI’s grandam is Pavany BW Love Molly-ET, scored Very Good (86) with production of 4-10 365d 39,480 3.9% 1,531F 3.0% 1,191P.
