PLAIN CITY, Ohio, March 13, 2003 — 7HO7469 Den-K Eland SS WALLACE-ET*TV, bred by Brannon Areias, Los Banos, Calif., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, WALLACE is one of 300 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2003. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

WALLACE is sired by 7HO6352 Four-of-a Kind ELAND-ET. WALLACE’s dam is Den-K Storm Star-ET. She is scored Very Good (87) and produced 2-03 365d 36,120M 4.1% 1,467F 3.3% 1,193P. WALLACE’s grandam, Den-K Flora Star-ET, scored Excellent (93) with an excellent mammary system, was the first place 4-year-old at the 1997 Western Fall National as well as reserve senior champion of the show. She has lifetime production of 1,605d 124,110M 3.4% 4,221F 3.1% 3,850P.
