PLAIN CITY, Ohio, March 31, 2003 — 7HO7633 MR LOMAX-RED-ET*TV, bred by the Golden Leader Syndicate, Horicon, Wis., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, MR LOMAX-RED is one of 300 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2003. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

MR LOMAX-RED is sired by 7HO6682 B-Hiddenhills Mar MARMAX-ET, who is a 7HO5375 Mara-Thon BW MARSHALL-ET son out of Neyer Momentum Maxy-ET, Very Good (87). MR LOMAX-RED’s dam is Miss Celcius Lorena. She is scored Excellent (90) with an excellent mammary system. Lorena produced 5-0 365d 40,467M 4.5% 1,825F 3.2% 1,276. MR LOMAX-RED’s grandam is Rothrock Leader Leial-ET scored Very Good (89), with a best record of 3-11 326d 32,840M 4.2% 1,382F 3.0% 997P. His Excellent (92) third dam produced more than 33,000 pounds of milk.
