PLAIN CITY, Ohio, June 5, 2003 — 7JE699 Long Distance Fanclb MICHAL-ET, bred by Don Wilterdink, Sheboygan Falls, Wis., has been chosen to enter Select Sires' Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, MICHAL is one of 35 Jersey bulls to enter the program in 2003. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Jersey breeders.

MICHAL is sired by Molly Brook Berretta FANCLUB-ET and out of DJF American Mitzi, Excellent (90). Mitzi, a 7JE399 Al-Top All AMERICAN daughter, produced 2-2 305d 19,200M 5.4% 1,039F 4.1% 786P. MICHAL's grandam, DJF Glenwood Liza, is scored Excellent (90) and produced 5-4 305d 22,110M 5.2% 1,146F 4.0% 885P. Liza also has three other records with more than 21,000 pounds of milk and 1,000 pounds of fat.
