PLAIN CITY, Ohio, Dec. 10, 2003 — 7HO7876 Golden-Oaks Magna AMMO-ET*TV, bred by Golden Oaks Farms, Wauconda, Ill., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, AMMO is one of 300 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2003. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

AMMO is sired by 7HO5851 Sikkema-Star Air MAGNA-ET. AMMO’s dam, Neu-Way Patron Allie-ET, is Very Good (87-GMD-DOM). She produced 1-11 365d 35,440M 3.9% 1,398F 3.1% 1,101P. Allie also has three milking daughters who are all scored Very Good and have produced more than 32,000 pounds of milk and 1,100 pounds of fat. Neu-Way Aerostar Allie-ET is AMMO’s grandam and is scored Very Good (87-GMD-DOM). She produced 2-3 365d 32,490M 3.6% 1,169F 3.1% 1,018P. The third dam, Neu-Way Melwood Allie, produced 2-3 365d 32,820M 3.3% 1,094F 2.8% 908P and is scored Very Good (88).
