PLAIN CITY, Ohio, Dec. 10, 2003 — 7HO7882 Early-Autumn TRUST-RED-ET*TV bred by David Atwell, Verona, Wis., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, TRUST-RED is one of 300 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2003. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

TRUST-RED is sired by FABER-RED-ET. His dam, Hickorymea Win Tara-ET, is scored Very Good (86) and produced 2-2 365d 38,120M 4.4% 1,676F 3.1% 1,200P. TRUST-RED’s grandam, Hickorymea Mom Tracey P-Red, is scored Very Good (85). She produced an outstanding record 6-4 365d 40,850M 3.1% 1,260F 2.9% 1,191P. Tracey’s lifetime record is 2,250d 174,380M 3.3% 5,778F 3.0% 5,317P.
