McNett Named Communications
Intern at Select Sires Inc.




PLAIN CITY, Ohio, June 7, 2005 — Crystal McNett, Belmont, Wis., has been selected as the summer communications intern for Select Sires, Plain City, Ohio. Her responsibilities include developing the 2006 breeding calendar for customers, assisting with media-relations activities and working on other communications projects. From May through August she will be based in the Select federation's headquarters office in Plain City.

McNett is a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in dairy science and agricultural journalism. On campus she is actively involved in the Badger Dairy Club where she will be serving as the 2005-2006 president. She is also active in the Association of Women in Agriculture (AWA), the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) and the UW-Madison dairy judging team.

McNett is the daughter of Art and Josetta McNett, who own and operate a 60-cow registered Holstein farm, Moundvale Holsteins, as well as 2,000 acres of corn and soybeans.
