Ohio State Student Named Intern
at Leading A.I. Organization




PLAIN CITY, Ohio, July 6, 2004 — Dan Wells, Chillicothe, Ohio, has been selected as the summer beef-marketing intern for Select Sires Inc., Plain City, Ohio. In this role he will assist with the preparation of advertisements and brochures, help photograph bulls and bull progeny, and work on other beef-marketing projects. He will be based at the Select federation's headquarters office in Plain City.

Wells is a senior at The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, where he is planning to graduate this fall with a bachelor's degree in animal science and a minor in agricultural business. He is an active member of Alpha Gamma Sigma and has served as president. Wells is also a member of Saddle and Sirloin, and the 2004 livestock judging team. Wells grew up on a 50-acre, 50-cow purebred Angus farm and is the son of Ray and Kathy Wells.
