Penn State Student Brings
Jersey Experience to Select Sires




PLAIN CITY, Ohio, May 26, 2006 — Renée Norman, Liberty, Pa., has been selected as the summer marketing communications intern for Select Sires Inc.

In this role Norman will manage the production of the 2007 breeding calendar and assist in writing press releases while working closely with the sales and marketing team. Norman will be based at the company’s headquarters in Plain City, Ohio.

Norman brings a wealth of dairy experience as she grew up on Normandell Jersey dairy farm. She earned seventh place in the 2004 AJCA Youth Achievement Contest and has served as the Tioga County Dairy Princess and as the 2003 Pennsylvania Jersey Queen. Norman is very active in the Dairy Science Club at Penn State and serves as the assistant editor of the Dairyman, the club’s annual yearbook.

She intends to graduate in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in animal sciences from Pennsylvania State University.
