At the national sales conference, Lon Peters (far left), manager of SMS™, and Dave Thorbahn (far right) general manager, recognized Paul Butler (center left), systems analyst, as the first honorary SMS evaluator of the year and Ron Long (center right), vice president, sire procurement, as the SMS evaluator of the year. This recognition annually is given to individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to genetic improvement through their involvement with SMS.
