Ingredients:
35 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 packages instant butterscotch pudding
1½ cups milk
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip
Instructions:
- Crush Ritz crackers, melt butter and combine
- Press mixture into a 9" x 13" pan (save a small amount of crackers to put on top of dessert)
- Beat the pudding and milk (mixture will be thick)
- Add the ice cream and mix
- Put mixture on top of crackers and store in refrigerator overnight
- Serve with Cool Whip
Mix things up by using different flavors of pudding and ice cream
