Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients: 

35 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 packages instant butterscotch pudding
1½ cups milk
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip

 

Instructions:

  1. Crush Ritz crackers, melt butter and combine
  2. Press mixture into a 9" x 13" pan (save a small amount of crackers to put on top of dessert)
  3. Beat the pudding and milk (mixture will be thick)
  4. Add the ice cream and mix
  5. Put mixture on top of crackers and store in refrigerator overnight
  6. Serve with Cool Whip

Mix things up by using different flavors of pudding and ice cream
