Cheesheads FAN-ET, bred by N & E. Wendorf, Jr., D. Schmitt, & S. Armburst,
Ixonia, Wis., and 7HO6879 Siemers HERITAGE-ET, bred by Siemers Holstein
Farms Inc., Cleveland, Wis. - have been chosen to enter Select Sires’
Program for Genetic Advancement (PGA) young sire-sampling system. Based on
their outstanding pedigrees, FAN and HERITAGE are two of 315 Holstein bulls
from throughout the United States to enter the program in 2001. In addition
to being sampled through PGA Cooperator herds, these young sires have been
identified as Super Samplers. With this designation, their semen is
available to Holstein breeders who want to use the newest available genetics
FAN’s dam, Ladys-Manor Flirtatious-ET (VG-88), is one of two full sisters,
both Very Good (88) as 2-year-olds and both produced more than 35,000 pounds
of milk, 1,400 pounds of fat and 1,000 pounds of protein. FAN’s Excellent

Ladys-Manor WINCHESTER-ET.

1,711P. HERITAGE’s grandam, Siemers Pre T-Hope-ET (VG-89), a Ronnybrook
PRELUDE-ET daughter, produced a record of 4-2 3x 344 30,680M 4.2% 1,297F
