Crea Chief Financial Officer

PLAIN CITY, Ohio, July 2, 2003 — Select Sires has announced the hiring of Steve Crea as its chief financial officer. In this role he will be responsible for the business and finance department, as well as human resources and management information systems development. Crea will be based at the company's headquarters in Plain City, Ohio.

After concurrently managing strategic and financial planning roles for Insilco Technologies Inc. and ThermaSys Corporation in Dublin, Ohio, Crea most recently served as the vice president and treasurer of both companies. Before that he served in various financial and operational positions of increasing responsibility with Weyerhaeuser Company, Mount Vernon, Ohio, and Omaha, Neb., and First Data Corporation, Omaha. Crea earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. Crea has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. He also is a certified public accountant, a certified management accountant and a chartered financial analyst.
