PLAIN CITY, Ohio, Sept. 22, 2004 — 7HO8264 Mistvale EMPIRE-ET bred by Mistvale Farm, Inc., Tillamook, Ore., has been chosen to enter Select Sires' Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, EMPIRE is one of 300 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2004. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

EMPIRE is sired by Stouder MORTY-ET. Mistvale Rudolph Emie, EMPIRE's dam, is scored Excellent (91-EX-MS) and produced 3-03 365d 35,950M 3.5% 1,247F 3.3% 1,172P. EMPIRE's grandam, Mistvale Juror Emerald, is scored Excellent (92-2E) and produced 6-1 365d 33,230M 4.3% 1,421F 3.2% 1,070P from an Excellent mammary system. The next two dams are both Gold Medal Dams and Dams of Merit.
