Select Sires Graduates Three More DURHAM Sons
PLAIN CITY, Ohio, Nov. 9, 2004 — Select Sires has added three new proven

"Five years ago Select Sires began using DURHAM as a sire father to
procure sons that would further improve the type traits that dairy
producers have selected for in the past 20 years...udders, and feet and
legs," says Charlie Will, Holstein sire program manager, Select Sires.
"At the time we did not realize that DURHAM also would become one of the
breed's best sources for health and management traits at 99%
Reliability. Now with over 60 sons sampled and more to come, Select
Sires can be very selective in marketing only the best and most
reliable, from a new generation of DURHAM genetics."
