PLAIN CITY, Ohio, Dec. 13, 2004 — 7HO8250 K & C-View Morty ROOK-ET*TV, bred by Chad Ryan and Krista Kaur-Luedtke, Fond Du Lac, Wis., has been chosen to enter Select Sires' Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, ROOK is one of 300 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2004. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a SUPER SAMPLER™. With this designation, his semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

ROOK is sired by Stouder Morty-ET. His dam, K & C-View Storm Roz, is scored Excellent (92-EX-MS). She produced 3-6 365d 45,880M 3.7% 1,697F 2.9% 1,322P. Mistvale Jed Rozell is ROOK's grandam. She is scored Excellent (91) and is also Excellent in her mammary system. Her best record is 3-8 365d 37,150M 3.8% 1,424F 3.0% 1,108P.
