PLAIN CITY, Ohio, June 19, 2006 — 7HO8705 Lutz-Brookview TITAN-ET, bred by Kevin Lutz, Fairfield, Ky., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, TITAN is one of 315 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2006. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a Super Sampler™. With this designation, TITAN semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

TITAN is a Hartline Titanic-ET son of Lutz-Brookview Sharon M-ET. Sharon is scored Very Good (87) and produced 4-1 357d 33,682M 4.1% 1,380F 3.3% 1,102P. She is the third generation Very Good or Excellent with over 30,000 pounds of milk and 4.0% fat. TITAN’s grandam is an Excellent (90-EX-MS) 7HO4152 Kenjo PRESCOTT-ET daughter and also is a Dam of Merit. In addition to a best record of 33,140 pounds of milk, she has two records with over 1,000 pounds of fat. TITAN has impressive Parent Averages of $513 Net Merit, +1809TPI-M™, +2.15 Type, and +66 Fat.
