PLAIN CITY, Ohio, June 19, 2006 — 7HO8856 Ri-Val-Re 2338 NIAGRA-ET, bred by Aaron Jorgensen, Webberville, Mich., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, NIAGRA is one of 315 Holstein bulls to enter the program in 2006. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a Super Sampler™. With this designation, NIAGRA semen is available to all Holstein breeders.

NIAGRA is sired by End-Road PVF Boliver-ET and his dam is Ri-Val-Re Jesther Nillie-ET. Nillie is scored Very Good (88) and produced 1-11 365d 37,350M 3.7% 1,392F 3.2% 1,208P. Her dam Peckenstein Terry Nike-ET (VG-85-GMD-DOM) made 2-1 365d 34,580M 3.8% 1,319F 3.1% 1,079P. Nillie is a fourth generation Very Good or Excellent with over 33,000 pounds of milk.
