PLAIN CITY, Ohio, Feb. 8, 2007 — 7JE845 Golden Meadows Brazo GLOBAL-ET, bred by Paul Dias, Hilmar, Calif., has been chosen to enter Select Sires’ Program for Genetic Advancement™ (PGA™) sire-sampling system. Based on his outstanding pedigree, GLOBAL is one of 35 Jersey bulls to enter the program in 2006. In addition to being sampled through PGA cooperator herds, this young sire has been identified as a Super Sampler™. With this designation, GLOBAL semen is now available to all Jersey breeders.

GLOBAL is sired by 7JE563 Sil-Mist RMBM Buttons BRAZO-ET. His dam, Buttercrest Klassic Glow-ET, is Very Good (89%) with a record of 3-9 305d 32,420M 4.9% 1,590F 3.3% 1,065P. GLOBAL’s second dam, Buttercrest Mannix Gold-ET is Very Good (88%) followed by two Excellent dams. Offspring from this family have topped national sales and specialize in production.
