PLAIN CITY, Ohio, May 15, 2026 — Select Sires is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Jablonski as its new Vice President of Operational Analysis and Reporting. Jablonski will lead the transformation of operational data into insights that strengthen performance across the organization, aligning with Select Sires' mission to enhance the productivity and profitability of dairy and beef producers.
In this role, Jablonski will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop enterprise analytics frameworks, build and lead a high-performing operational analytics organization, and deliver insights that support productivity, profitability, and service to our member cooperatives and global partners. His experience in predictive analytics, KPI development, reporting automation, and business intelligence aligns strongly with Select Sires’ commitment to innovation, stewardship, and data-informed decision-making.

Most recently, Jablonski served as Vice President of Marketing at Experigreen Lawn Care, where he led enterprise analytics and helped drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. Scott’s previous experience also includes key roles at Scotts Miracle-Grow and Alliance Data Systems.
