Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup Mexican hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 - 15 ounce can undrained kidney beans
2 ounces (or more) shredded cheese
1 cup (or more) sour cream
corn chips
Instructions:
- Fry meat and onions, add hot sauce, salt and chili powder.
- Mash kidney beans and add to the above mixture and put in small slow cooker.
- Best when it has cooked for at least 30 minutes on high.
- Top with onions, cheese and serve with corn chips and sour cream
