Sombrero Dip

Ingredients: 

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup Mexican hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 - 15 ounce can undrained kidney beans
2 ounces (or more) shredded cheese
1 cup (or more) sour cream
corn chips

 

Instructions:

  1. Fry meat and onions, add hot sauce, salt and chili powder.
  2. Mash kidney beans and add to the above mixture and put in small slow cooker.
  3. Best when it has cooked for at least 30 minutes on high.
  4. Top with onions, cheese and serve with corn chips and sour cream
